At Royal Paws, we want you to shop with confidence. Every bed is inspected before it ships, and we're committed to making things right if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

30-Day Defective Item Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee for products that arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.

To qualify, you must:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photo or video proof showing the defect.
• Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Made-to-Order Products

Royal Paws beds are manufactured individually to order using limited materials reserved specifically for your purchase. Because each bed is produced for you rather than pulled from existing stock, materials are committed as soon as production begins.

Once your order has entered production and shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund or return except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before your bed ships and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All Sales Are Final

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products and limited materials, all sales are final once shipped unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the product
• Incorrect size, color, or variant selected
• Your pet choosing not to use the bed
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Sizing

Please review the product dimensions before ordering. Royal Paws beds measure 40 x 40 cm (approximately 15.75 x 15.75 inches) externally and are designed for cats and small dogs up to 1500g (approximately 3.3 lbs). Sizing is listed clearly on each product page and is not grounds for a return.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrectly entered shipping address.

Right to Refuse Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
